Do you have a discount?
We don’t offer discounts, but you can get a lower price by subscribing to a yearly plan.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
If you exceed your included minutes, you can upgrade to a higher tier with more minutes.
If you exceed your limit while you’re recording, we won't stop you right when you hit the time limit, so your team can continue using Videolink during the upgrade process.
That extra time buffer will be simply carried over and deducted from your next plan once you upgrade.

What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI features (captions, summaries, translations) consume AI processing credits. Each paid plan includes a base AI credit allocation.
Plans also include AI processing minutes for video, where:
AI processing minutes = video minutes processed (1:1).
If you exceed your AI credits, you can:
- Purchase an AI credit package
- Subscribe to a higher tier

Are integrations included?
Yes. Videolink integrates with tools like GitHub, Slack, Jina, Linear and Linear.

No. All plans include unlimited videos.

Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card and lets you test the product before upgrading.
How long does the free trial last?
Your free plan is free forever. You can use it as long as you want, but once you hit the free limit, you won’t be able to record more videos, and some features will stay locked until you upgrade.
