Videolink charges based on active videos kept — not team size but based on the value we offer you.
That’s why many teams save more than 50% by paying only for videos they keep — not for empty seats. We do offer per user pricing in case you prefer that.

Why charge per video instead of per user?
We chose a business model with active videos for a few reasons:
• It makes if very easy for organisations to try us out. No large upfront fees or commitments. Start small, and scale as we prove our value. This also makes it very easy to have similar tools at the same time to evaluate.
• We only charge you for actual usage and the value we offer. If we do a good job and you use our service, we get rewarded. If not, we don't charge you.
• A per user model does not take into account that not all users are created equal. There will be users that only make a few videos and will often not have an account with alternative tools. The only way for an organisation to truly change the way it works and get the most out of the power of video and screen recording is if all users have access.
• Everyone is invited. With unlimited users, you no longer have to worry about managing empty seats or using the same account for a few users.
• It aligns with our values. We believe everyone in a company should be able to use video — for onboarding, internal updates, or customer support.

What is considered an active video?
Only saved videos are counted. If a video is deleted, it only counts for the month it was active — never after. Recording a video and deleting it before it has been saved does not count.
Videolink's regular pricing has no per-seat fees — you’re only billed for videos your team actually keeps.

Videolink accepts credit cards and for larger customers we can send a separate invoice.
