Screen recording makes it fast, clear, and repeatable. Here's how to turn it on – no matter what device you're using.
Screen Recording: Used More Than Ever
Screen recording is now part of everyday workflows – from remote teams to teachers to mobile users:
- 60% of remote workers use screen recording tools weekly to share ideas or solve problems (Statista, 2024).
- 70% of educators rely on screen recording to create lessons for hybrid or remote classes (EdTech, 2023).
- Mobile screen recording rose by 45% in 2023, thanks to built-in iOS and Android features (App Annie).
- The average session lasts just 3–7 minutes, making it perfect for tutorials or bug reports (TechSmith, 2023).
- 85% of users prefer built-in recorders over third-party apps for ease and privacy (Pew Research, 2023).
